    Hey peoples,
I have a 10 weekish old pit puppy and every night i have been increasing the amount of times between taking her out. I think i had read somewhere that at 12 weeks they can go all night, is this true? Or do you have any other advice on how to get her to sleep through the night?

LOL with all my pups from the day i have got them they have never been with my in bed neither do i check on them, except at like 6am when they are squarking at me to wake up!
I normally put them in the laundry, with grace it was a crate.

My dogs been spoiled since day one. We drove to Florida to pick him up at 8 weeks old and the first night at the hotel room i passed out with him on the bed, he's always slept on the bed with me since. Wife hates it. You shouldn't have a problem with waking up in a puddle of piss, but if its too small to jump off the bed and piss on the floor, you wanna make sure the first thing u do when u get up is take it out or it will prob piss the bed when u leave it.

when mine are that young i just take up their water at 8pm.. last call at 10pm for pissing, then its fine for the night.

whats funny is im the polar opposite- i dont sleep well unless there is a dog flopped on the bed somewhere, been like that for 20 years.

gota have one in bed also, mamma not to fond.
not a good idea if you dont intend on it being perm,or they will always cry at bed time.unless its going outside.

I never had a problem when my pup was that young. I just made sure that she had plennnnnty of playtime throughout the day, and when it was bedtime she was in her crate til the morning.

I never allowed my dog to sleep on my bed as much as I wanted to with those puppy cries the first night :dogtongue::( she cried maybe 4 times but she understood it from then on that she won't be sleeping with me on my bed. She has her own bed and loves it, now it's a different story if she has to sleep away from me as it is for me ;)
