my bitch neighbor called the dog warden on me!!

i moved out to the middle of nowhere to get away from this bullshit only to find out that one of the few neighbors i do have is a bleeding heart hippy douchebag!!i had one of my dogs pulling a tire around with a harness and she felt the need to report me to the dog warden.saying something along the lines of this guys forcing this pit bull to drag a tire around probably training him to fight..so the warden comes and ask me if its true,i told him yeah I'm training him for a weight pulling comp..he says that he never heard of anything like that,so i show him my adba card..OK no problem there then he turns to the spring pole,what is that for??i explain i use it for exercise etc.then he starts fucking with me about the chain set up asking how long on a given day they are out there and what not.nothing came of any of this thankfully except about 45 min of aggravation but really how fucking ridiculous is that???why cant people just mind there fucking business?

well actually what i was thinking is to call about all her cats.being the bleeding heart wackjob that she is she takes in cats from all over the fucking place.she has about 30 that i know of also has like 4 dogs.she lets these fucking cats wonder all over the fucking place and I'm sure the town has some kind of limit on how many animals one can have.
then again two rats dont make a right>

I don't think getting into a pissing match with her will do you any good. I would ignore her and keep your activities legal. If you want to develop a relationship with her you could also go over and show her that you are not training your dogs to fight. But, I don't know the particular individual.

 

You need to keep excellent records on each visit that is made.So that if this progresses you have grounds for a harrasment case. I would also take the time to file a harasment charge against you niebor, if it can be done. An there are specific laws for hoarding animals an I would point that ACO in that direction. If you are not breaking any laws they need to know that they can not be coming around and fucking with you because you have APBT.

If you dont have a tree line plant one. Better yet put briar up.

 

thanks for the advise,ill look in to that.this happened 2 days ago and since then I've noticed them drive by a few times.for the record my dogs are better taken care of then any other dogs i see around here. there not even full time chain dogs,they come in the house at night.the only problem they seem to have with them is the fact that they are pit bulls and the way in which i work them..

 

believe me I'm working on it.if i could talk the wife into it id be up on top of a mountain somewhere.

and if u can, get a friend to do this.. so if anyone see's, any witnesses wont reconize the person etc. and no lisence plates to write down. travel on foot. good luck.

lol. Well, I have egged many houses before, but I can not say that I have keyed a car. But same concept applies. (I did not bring a car when I egged the victims house, I cut through the woods in the backyard etc. , so the license plate doesn't get written down or from any cameras) Cops dont waste there time with these types of crimes... IF you leave little to no evidence.


Now if you take a bat and smash all the windows up and dent the car bad... Then that is very risky. The cops might do a full investigation depending on the area you live if crime is popular or not...

But for a few eggs or some scratch marks on a car with no cameras or no witnesses... the cops wont waste there time...

 

but as i said.. get a friend... that no one on the block knows except you..

cause just in case the lady tries to get the cops to check for finger prints or hair samples(i highly doubt) near the car... It wont match you... It will match your friend which your neighbor does not know

so the cops can finger print you all they want. but INNOCENT INTO PROVEN GUILTY.

Since you moved out there to get away and she is your neighbor, I would talk to her and reverse everything and come at her from an even more liberal and animal loving angle. I would tell her "how the dogs arent pits they are mixed and misunderstood and that you saved them. You give them a good home and if you hadn't they would have starved to death, and that yes they may have some bulldog in them and thats why you have gone out of your way to exercise and give them physcial activities that make them happy and healthy." After telling her these things she will not call the warden anymore. Just look at it from her hippy point of view and package the information for her. I have done this it works!
