ironic ending...

Artest, the supposed "goat" of the game becomes the hero. With a full 24 seconds on the shot clock in the final minute, Artest takes a horrible shot but he comes up big at the end...keeping his eye on the play and hustling till the final buzzard sounds.

Richardson on the other hand, could have been the hero of the game sending it to overtime after making a crazy 3 pointer. However he doesn't put enough body on Artest to prevent the offensive board...

I know the latest NBA slogan is "Where amazing happens" and believe me this was an amazing shot.... but I prefer to stick with the old one....
