I agree. How many fu**ing chicken breasts am I supposed to eat before I throw up? Most serious diets are too damn strict for my taste. I cheat alot on my diet but I stick to it more than alot of people I know. Im not complaining about my results. Thats only 7 weeks. Lets see some pics there mtnman??:D

There's one thing I learned. All the numbers and scientific diets and workout regimes only go so far. Listen to your body and do what needs to be done. I put on some considerable size in one year by ditching the latest studies on what works for building muscles and the newest workouts. Meat, potatoes, and heavy lifting. Never mind ton of water I was holding. It was a balls to the wall bulking cycle for 4 months. I ate anything and everything.

Left-20yrs old, Right-21yrs old. Bigger and better at 22 now:cool:

This was last week. I ended up losing 11 lbs training but Im twice the size I was when I started. My bench has gone up over 100lbs and my legpress has increased 300 lbs.

You must have hit the legs real hard. Looking trunked bro. You should knock out a cutting cycle now and you would look sick!

JMHO....Diet is not as important as hard work (for humans at least:D) Back in my NCAA wrestling days, i would pound an mountain dew right after weigh ins, and usually 2-3 after a practice with no ill-effects, and all the while, competing head-to-head with All-Americans (cutting weight does funny things to your taste buds!)

In the majority of human arenas (exceptions [guessing!] boxing, x-county running, Brazilian Vale Tudo matches, or even a UFC championship bout) i believe that nutrition does not play a major role, expecially when compared with genetics and the amount of road/mat work you have put in. (On a different note, I can say that this may not be true at the OTW/ World-Class Athlete rank. They are on a different level that is hard to even conceptualize.)

    The Differnce:

Lots of good stuff. Here is my one piece of advice and I noticed that no one mentioned it. Don't ignore weights, but do your weights AFTER doing cardio and endurance work.

Then concentrate on your legs. Do squats and dead lifts, clean and press with moderate weight for HIGH reps, 20-30 reps per set, have a spotter.

Nothing will get you in shape like high rep squats. Bring a bucket to puke in.

It sounds like you know what you are doing but make sure to eat enough. Too few calories with hard work for too long = Injury.

To each his own. I prefer heavy weight with low reps but Im trying to bulk, not shred. The suppliments Ive been taking rip me enough. I can eat big macs every day and still stay at the same weight. My mass has increased 200% but its all lean, instead of bulky water weight. I'm pretty set in my routine but I would have to disagree with diet not making a difference. I was going through a bad time and wasnt eating hardly at all then I overhauled my diet and jacked my caloric intake up and I blew up like a baloon in about a month. Ive got 6 weeks left in my program and then its time for a break but wait until you see what I do in those 6 weeks! ;)
