A lot of reasons for not going into a match,can't win,money,location,shitty people and many others. It was funny back in the day this guy from Baltimore wanted to match into me,he said nobody knows who u are( but when top dog men saw me they knew who I was) so u will have to match someone first that is known. I said fine what weights do u have. He said oh no,u have to put a weight out there and we will meet it. I offered him males 48,45,42 he couldn't except that. Then he shot back we are loaded with females I offered him 35,37,40 and 46. His response we don';t have any at that weight. Then the jackass goes around telling everyone that I wouldn't match into him. So a lot of reasons for a match not being put together.

 

Another time a certain person called and wanted to go into GR.CH. Mammy( 33) with his ch. dog that was 37. T told him no way ,he said T I will give u odds. T told him what he could do with the odds. A few months latter I was a show same mamn was talking up a storm about how The Yankee boys are afraid to match her into his dog. I then spoke up but he didn't know who I was at first but then he knew who I was by different comments I was saying. S there is another reason a match don't come off

 

Plenty reasons why things don't go off and the end of the story it just didn't happen. Now if a person thinks they don't have the better dog and they decide they can't beat one, hey smart of them not to lose their money.
