I uploaded a few days ago some recent pics of my dog Tete, heavy friscoxlee ling.

Hes just a pup but i see hes a good family dog, loyal with tons of drive and very athletic, smart.. sometimes too smart that i feel like a fool hehe.

The only thing i dislike but i can live with and i dont know if its common on Frisco dogs, its the unconfidence he has towards strangers... needs various hour or even days with a person to start trusting on them, hes always very alert with eyes on the people around family, i know he wont bite but he'll grow and let us know that he doesnt like that person.

So far hes not dumb DA, he and my old dog Bongo live togheter always with precautions but i see he sees him as another member of family, to stranger dog the things change, he greets other dogs by sniffing and being a normal dog but hes specially competitive towards other powerful dogs like other APBT's, he takes it like a game but often other dog as agression so he cant really play with other dog.

I cant say much more since my experience is limited, this is the first and only frisco dog i know.

    since nobody responded

My close friend has a yard full of Chinaman dog, dogs are mainly from the source (Vince) and also BMW's,Veira Bros and Tom

Theyre all around dogs, easy keepers, quiet for the most part and people friendly, hasnt had any man eaters running them for a few decades. Some are timid/shy, has a few that will not warm up to strangers but just being shy not wanting to eat them

The negative I've seen is they have a high number of cold dogs, the inbred Frisco dogs throw them the most. They most all have big teeth and if theyre going to stop at the conf show it will be if the other conformation contenders can hold them out, wether the storm. Theyre the best at closing conf shows in short order IMO

Theirs not much better then a good Chinaman dog

    the good stuff

Back in the day I was such a chinaman fan until I started trying to find something from his lineage that was like him. Good luck. To me I love the line directly from him and the dog Chinaman himself but to me that line ended long ago and turned into the Frisco crap that has so many traits I HATE I gave up on trying to run them long ago. But then again I have done that with several lines and had at least one good one from each over the years... but overall most sucked. SO dont get me wrong if I found a rare deep woods chinaman dog from some old man in the mountains somewhere seriously... id take a look at it. So basically I love the stories and mouth of the Chinaman series of dogs and drive their notorious for but I hate the suspect things the line carries around with it from all the men who have propagated it over the years. Makes it hard to locate a good direct source while you sift thru the crap.

I have run this line since 2000..In my opinion the Mojo Rising/Young Chinaboy strain is the best of this line..Many quality animals have come from these dogs, without being peddled like many of the more well known lines of today..

To me the "ideal" Chinaman dog has a combination of of intensity, power, speed, and mouth that is not seen in many of the other lines out there..........The main gripe I guess is that many of the Frisco dogs that were highly publicised(Ch.Simba,(exGr)Ch.Chomper,Ch.Noodles,Ch.Schmelly Finger, etc) proved not to have the bottom to match..Many people are/were not familiar with dogs that more than proved there bottom (Mighty Joe Young,Ch.Missy,Ling,Ch.TJ,etc)but might not have been so famous..I have personally seen dogs from this line that I would consider badass..I have seen dogs that I would consider game enough to maybe place a wager on..and I have seen dogs that were absolutley worthless..I think most dogmen that have seen enough of these dogs would agree that the same is true with any line..

Here are a few that Ive had/have..(I dont know how to make a live link,so If someone could I would appriciate it..)

Slick, I noticed a lot of your dogs go through King's Buckshot. Do you (or anyone else) have more info on him?

My very close friend Dianne has this bitch and she is a 100% complete bulldog in every aspect! She is very slick and very fast, highly intellegent (can adapt to any style), gameness, above average mouth, excellent wind, and unbelievably focused and intense. Yet at the same time can come in the house and play with her 7 children without any problems! To me she represents the breed as best as you can get!

I do agree to some point but I see nothing wrong with the frisco because I know what to look for! What I have from frisco bred down from Frisco three and four gens is still working for the old man! I don't think people understand these dogs as they should but who knows. From one ear sucker to the next his own and hope he's game!

He is 5 X Chinaman Loaded with the Rascal blood! Some would say Oh shit! he has them Fat Bill dog's in him! Listen, T.G. made the breedings that produced most of the dogs FB used... Fact! Buckshot was of a Natural breeding that PK done with Frisco X Dixie that produced Buckshots litter. Buckshots siblings were scattered about and as far as I know he's the last one off the breeding alive today!

Buckshot bred back to his dam was one of the best breedings PK made with the old dog. Breeding Buckshot back to his dam set a firm foundation of what is now a solid Frisco/Rascal line of dog which in turn are Buckshot dogs or Buckshot/Red Rebel dogs! I was introduced to the Buckshot/Rebel dogs and set a Foundation for myself. I got dogs from PK and A few more old timers that have set me 20-30 years ahead of where I should be right now.

I have the last two pups off Buckshot linebred in a way nobody else has to my knowledge. As for the rest of the dogs on PK's yard it's over. He has moved the last of these dogs and Myself and TG got the last of them! I feel very greatful to have been one of the few asked to come pick out what I wanted from his yard. I owe a lot to PK for trusting me and giving me the chance to own the best he had to offer.

With the help of expert breeders and Dogmen I can relax a bit more than most because a lot of the stress and hard work have been done for me. Now my duty to them is to maintain what has been awarded to me and take no short cuts with these fine animals. Respectfully, BGFU Kennels

Yes Sir! Thats what I'm talking about right there!!! You know I'm all about that old Bitch Shark!!! Every dog off frisco in this pedigree was the best of the best at that time and today! I sure hope we can get a good line breeding out of her before she gets to old!

Here is a cross a friend of mine, and myself recently made..Both parents are/were of the highest quality..They are still pups,so only time will tell if they live up to the standard that their sire & dam have set..

This is a battlecross (Chinaman/Panther/Maloney/Boomerang)and it happened to be the last litter sired by my "Bump" dog..
