the ped is only worth as good as the owner...example lets say i buy a pup for a thousand bucks with papers..with the intention of selling the pups..three weeks later the pup dies..hit by a car whatever..i go to a byb..and find a pup that looks like him..claim thats the dog ..whats the ped worth...by the way i like that dog..
