Same problem here.
Not green or yellow, (eeeew)---just little clear gunkies. Probably because he's blue, right, lol . . .

Change in weather change in laundery soap any number of reason wouldn't be able to tell you for sure with out seeing him.
laundry soap? would that make a difference? he stays in his crate during the day and sleeps with me on the couch or wherever. would the soap i use on his bed cause the eye stuff or would it have to be where he sleeps?

dogs have allergies just like people do causeing the dog to produce more tears but like i said i would have to see the dog but it all sounds normal to me, or maybe carpet freshener. if his eyes aren't red and swollen i wouln't be to conserned
nah just puppy gook he doesnt seem to mind i think its cuz we slept right under the ac last night.
Dogs typically get "boogers" because their tear production may have increased, (the "mucoid" portion of the tears), due to it actually trying to flush something out that's irritating it=perhaps an allergen of some sort. I typically wipe off Venus's. If you're worried at all, a vet can administer a "tear test" to detirmine the actual cause.
