We'll be at the NC show but NJ is just too far. 18 hours I think. (Wish we could make it.)

while we are on the topic, anyone here planning on going to the Nationals?
i would go to this weekends show, but since i live in Nebraska, that is just a little bit out of my driving range.

WOW DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS SO MANY SHOWS GOING ON.. THE ONE I WAS REFERING TO WAS IN TEXARKANA... IT WASN'T A HUGE TURNOUT BUT IT WAS FUN IT WAS MY FIRST SHOW TO GO TO.. I PULLED A COUPLE OF DOGS OFF THE CHAIN TO BRING JUST FOR FUN..GOT TO MEET JO ANN LABLANC (don't know if i spelled that right) WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND EVEN BROUGHT HOME A RIBBON...

you're right the show was small, the club will be in the red but the fellowship was fun. i am so glad that i had asked two friends to help. after the show four people were left to load and unload 9000+ lbs of weight and the cart and track. if the 2 friends had not stayed it would have been the pres and sec left to do that. how in the world would 2 women have done that? What is wrong with our club members? where is the dedication? right now at this moment (i'm mad and disappointed) i promise to never lift a piece of steel again. you know who i am. any replies?

The Tri-State APBTC (NJ) will host a two day conformation show and weight pull at the Salem County 4-H Fairgrounds in Woodstown, NJ. (Ch of Ch and Ace of Ace classes will be held if pre-entries allow.)


Were you there on Sun? I couldnt make the Saturday show cause my truck broke down so I rented a car and went on Sun. Angus took 2nd place in his class 18-24 mos. males under judge Gary Hammonds. A great show and great weather too.

SORRY TO HEAR YOU HAD TO GO THREW THAT WE ONLY CAME TO THE SHOW ON SATURDAY BECAUSE CHILDREN AND WORK PREVENTED US GOING BOTH DAYS. I ALSO JOINED THE CLUB SATURDAY AND I PROMISE THAT NEXT TIME THERE IS A SHOW THAT I CAN MAKE IT TO YOU WONT EVER BE PUT IN THAT SITUATION AGAIN.. AGAIN I HAVE TO SAY I WISH I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE TO HELP YOU GUYS OUT.. IM SURE YOU ARE STILL HURTING FROM LIFTING ALL THAT STEEL... WOW..
