How did your girlfriend give her dog Kennel Cough?....LOL!
she was playing with my adopty who has it and didnt wash up real well and then went and played with her dog. cross contamination
mia thanks so unless it gets worse ill probly let her be for a little while. shes two years old so shes in good health and seems to be the right age to fight this off.
2ND QUESTION! how long will it take to clear up on its own ??

anywhere from 2-4 weeks is the norm. However, for some dogs it lingers around a bit longer. If he's eating & drinking well, then try & ride it out. HOWEVER, isolate him from any other dogs you might have. You can also try a tablespoon of Robitussin twice a day to help with the cough.
thats what i was gonna do but i get this pup cleared up in about a week and then ill have another with it still. i think ima end up taken it to the vet cuz lord knows i cant trust the G/f and her mutt from contaminating the world. thanks mia. it just started coughen today.
