Frank Perez and Harry George

I've never shown under either of them nor do I know much about them. Are you planning on attending?

Wish I could help but I'm not sure. We're bringing 4 or 5 regardless, we've got some friends up that way so we are just hoping to meet more people and have a good time. Hope that you decide to come. Speaking of which, I need to book my hotel.

Don't they go by the adba breed standard? No matter who is judging? I am sort of new at this also. I have been to one adba show and the dogs they picked there were all very lean and scrawny looking. It seemed like the more aggressive they were, the better they liked them. I was thinking about going, as I said. I have a bitch who is about 55lbs and in pretty lean condition. She did well in the ukc show and people liked her. I thought I would see if adba liked her as well.

Yes but individuals all have diffrent things they prefer and like to see, its all in how they interpret it. As for the aggressive scrawny dogs....gamedogs will rarely not be aggressive, and well-conditioned is scrawny in most peoples eyes. Nobody goes up to greyhounds and claims they are starving their dogs, and I wish people would understand the same for our breed. They are very very athletic working dogs...and should be in tip-top condition for shows.
