Bloodline Question?

I really don't know much about the different characteristics of the different bloodlines. I have a female puppy whose bloodline is carver/watchdog and zebo. Her mother is carver/ watchdog and her father is straight zebo. I was wondering is that a good mixture of bloodlines. Please someone help me out?

What do you intend the dog for? If it is just a housedog/pet then neuter him and love him to death, bloodlines dont matter much in that aspect. If you want to work the dog, its a gamble anyways, but if he really is bred like that (do you have a ped?) then its possible. The watchdog stuff now-days is bred for big, standard breaking mutts......but some of the older stuff is o'k. Do you happen to have a ped you could post?

Sorry i don't have the ped. yet due to I haven't gotten her yet. Just wondering if anyone knew if carver/watchdog or zebo are good bloodlines?

I'd look that ped over real carefully. I have'nt heard of any "pure" Zebo dogs for quite a while.

Just love the dog and try with all your might to become the most reliable owner a dog could have. Bloodline shouldn't matter if you are a pet owner and not a breeder. :)
