You probably have to download mIRC onto your computer....Shon helped me do it, and it works great. Let me see if I can send it to you ;)

Download and extract mIRC.zip (http://www.game-dog.com/mIRC/mIRC.zip) to C:\Program Files\mIRC\ then right click on mirc.exe (or if just "mirc" the one with the blue, red, and yellow icon), hover over Send To and click Desktop (create shortcut). Open mIRC, enter your nickname (preferably your site username) and your alternative nickname (ideally nickname[character]) then click Connect to Server and wa-la.
