I posted a thread about tips on gametesting dogs, it was removed- cool!- but noone is ever in chat to talk about and I can not send instant messages through this system, so? what should I do?

The talk here in the moderated section of the forum has to be controlled, pretty common sense as to why, as far as gametesting, in an email you told me your dog is 20mos old, my response to that is, he doesn't need to be gametested yet.

Well, yes... it will be less moderated. There will still have to be some type of moderation due to many different reasons. I have not taken the time to come up with rules for the private forums but I will be doing that shortly.
