What do you think this breed will turn out to be in the next 100 years. Do you think it will be the same that it is now. I know it has changed from when the real dogmen were around and not thugs. But give me your thoughts i thought this might be a interesting subject.

Probably only still around in a few areas. I hope I'm wrong but the way things are going its hard to be optimistic anymore. Regardless you can still be sure there will always be real gamedogs around forever. They can take out as many people as they can find, kill all their dogs and ban them, but they will never know about little farmer joe living in the middle of 500 acres of farmland with the gamest of the game. You've got to remember, some people have changed, are in the public eye and are targets. But there are still more doggers who couldnt care less about getting a computer and becoming well known to people that dont need to know.

Well, in light of the current events and dogs......probably not. At least not like they once were: strong, proud and an American icon.

I agree, there will always be people that will preserve this superior breed the way it was originally bred to be.

As long as there are people who have nothing better to do than to judge other peoples views on things, our breed will have to fight for their life.
Just because some think that what this breed does is wrong, does that make their opinion right?
I am all against animal abuse, when humans disrespect the quality of life,I am not against an animal acting naturally. In fact,I expect it.
I can only hope that the qualities we find in our dogs can somehow be passed from generation to generation so as to preserve this fine breed in its true form.

I love my dogs, and respect them for what they are.I wish people would stop trying to change them from what they are,to what THEY want them to be.

I pray they will still be here a hundred years from now. Many people could learn from them.
