Hotel Stay?

Can anyone recomend a hotel to stay at on Padre Island, TX? Dave and I are going there next month for a family reunion and we are taking Jaha with us. Brock and Chester we are having boarded, with those two between obsessive crotch sniffing and jail (crate) breaks I don't think they are coming, LOL. I already made reservations at one place and told them Jaha was a terrier. It was 69.99 + tax per night (including pet fee) and they didn't have a size restriction on dogs. So anyway, does anyone recommend a good hotel pet friendly hotel on the island?

not framiliar with whats in the area, motel 6 & 8's or some Best Westerns take dogs.....

I know there is a website with pet friendly hotels listed. I'm sure of the site but if you search you should find it. Most places want the pet crated when you are not with them. It is a good idea, because mine ate a bed spread when we left him for an hour to eat breakfast. That was the most expensive, ugly bedspread ever!

red roof in allows dogs. there is a pit bull that stays at the one next to my work all the time when his dad is here on business. He comes over to get groomed hes such a sweetheart.

Good idea as it ruins it for EVERYONE if a dog distroys the room........
