Thanks for letting me know this... I was able to access it because my DNS records are kept in cache so it connects me to the last known IP address. But the DNS record on the server had changed somehow, it was the server's fault. The problem has now been resolved, sorry for the inconveniance.

It seems the problem has surfaced again. It won't load completely for me now.

That is a good sign, that means that the old server it was on has expired and we don't have to watch it go down as much anymore :D I'll get it switched over to the new server today, thanks for letting me know :)
