Lowell, Michigan City Council have asked the City Manager to research other community dog laws.
The Mayor of Lowell stated in the meeting she is afraid of pit bulls, and a resident has gone to Council with a complaint on a pit bull.
August 15th @ 7:30 is the next Council meeting.
