Wow alabama bulldogs, I guess the ACF can count on some donations for the legal fight in Lanett, Al that if won would eleminate BSL.
The founder of ABA, Shane Kirby is on top of the issues of BSL and works hard pn protecting our breed.

Well that may be true. Then he is aware of the law suit in Lanett, Al that is being spearheaded by the ACF and he knows that if won would eleminate BSL constitutionaly. He would also know that there is a need for contribution to fight this at a state and possible at the federal level. I am glad he and you are on top of this and we are looking forward to your help in the very near future. The expert witness's that will be flying in next month cost alot of money. The lawyers are costly and so was just the filing charges. 1400.00 to just file the suit. So all the help will be put to good use.
GaDog, What is the deal? The Lanett case has been posted on this board and on others also. Yes we do know that there is money needed. When someone is asking for support they shouldnt come across as an arogant ass. Yes we do know how signifigant this case is. Ill tell you this if the ABA was busting at the seams with money like you are insinuating then the ABA would give donations in a heart beat.

I am just upset when this could make such a huge impact on BSL nation wide as well as AL and there is zero support coming in. If people are aware then they could lend some sort of support even if it was small. Some breeders make money on the dogs it seems to me that a small contribution of money or help would be appropriate. Other than the plaintiffs and the ACF and its local reps there have been only 1 outside source of support, 1. Sorry if I upset some of you.
