how do i eitehr become a premium memeber or become support staff?
Premium member has not really came into affect yet since the main reason for the premium members will be for used for the pedigree system.

The Support Staff hasn't really came into affect yet either, the bigger the site gets the more people that will need support for the site. They will answer questions in the support forum along with any question on the forums dealing with the site in general.
