I am the proud owner of 2 pit bull puppies. My male Lastat, and my female Akasha and yes they are 3 1\2 monthold litter mates. I love my babies but I'm really having a problum with chewing. Electric cords, shoes, clothes, socks, pretty much everything. The only advise I keep getting is to make sure they cant get to any of these things. Well I live in the real world where i need some better options. There has to be a way to train themto not do these things and those are the answers im looking for. So please if you have any real life solutions let me know asap.

When you're home with them, you will just have to constantly keep your eye one them. PUt up baby gates so they have to remain in the same room as you. When you're not home, they should be in individual kennels/crates. The crates are relatvively inexpenseive (at Petsmart a crate the size you will need for when they're full grown is anywhere from $70-$90. They can't get into trouble when they're put up while you're grown. We lost a dog at the clinic this past Mon. due to electrocution when the pup decided to bite through the lamp cord. These types of accidents DO happen & it's a horrible thing to see. This particular pup had holes burned through it's tongue, hair was burned off, & it was bleeding from every possible oriface. Not a nice picture at all.

As for the chewing, we've all been there done that. ;) Puppies can be sooo annoying! That's why they're so damn cute! (or else we'd get rid of them). Make sure to have a couple of toys for them to play with. If you have a bunch, what you can do is give them 3 or so toys to play with for a few days, then put those toys away & give them 3 other toys. You can keep rotating your toys so the dogs won't get tired of them & will think they're getting brand new toys every couple of days!
