whelping box

does anyone have any blueprints plans etc on a good whelping box to have a bitch have pups in what works the best for you

We have made a wood one in the past, but I honestly like the pool myself. Get 2 of the largest plastic pools from Walmart. Put one on top of the other, secure the sides and cut the top open. You can put a puppy warmer in there by cutting a hole in the bottom of the pool where you want the cord to go out. I prefer the side so they have room to move if it gets too warm. It's so easy to clean out!! :)

Would like to see some blueprints of a whelping pen for outside though?

I agree with GYD....mine was indoors in the extra bedroom so I didn't use the top pool...Just the bottom pool with some old blankets and towels...easy to clean or move if you have to. Good luck!
