i walk and run her 5 miles a day with her dragging 5 pounds is there anythin bad with that?she is 1 year and and 2 months old.

I start training my dogs for real at a age of 18 to 24 months old, before this they are only learing how to do it (run on mill, beside bike, play fetch etc. for a FEW minutes) Let em mature first before you start conditioning for real.
