inbred?

to my dissapointment i'm learning more about my new eddington/whopper line dog not really being 100% a.p.b.t. looking at his pedigree i see the same dogs on both sides sire and damn does this mean he is inbred?

Both Eddington and Whopper dogs are crossed with another breed. These dogs do not even come close to the breed standard. Also, the breeder that you got your pup from, obviously did not take good care of the pups. Look at the dogs rear legs. That is terrible.

well it doesnt look like its conformation is built for a champion.if u know what i mean

no he is not'inbred' really.Has a lil linebreeding in there but I think I only saw one or two of the same names.Inbreeding brings it in much closer and more often.A lot of times you'll see the names 3 or 4 times or more on top and bottom of the pedigree.

As far as the Swampdog kennels,They breed first and fore most Americans and crosses.I truly ,whole heartedly believe they have crossed in some of their americans with their 'pits'. Their are a couple of questionable males and females.http://www.swampdogkennels.com/

just reading up on mr. eddington getting beaten to death with his own weight pull trophy crazy i'm so upset this dog is a crossbreed

It's really too late to worry about it now.I'm sure it will be a wonderful dog.Just love it as much as you would if he would have been a purebred.
