Dog Workout

My dog is neutored about a month ago It was mandatory because I pick him up from a shelter. I have hand him every since he was 4 weeks he is know eight months I run him up hill and play fetch with him and tug-a-war, also let him drag a 5 pound chain 15 minute a day and jump with it. I through his toys down the stairs. Is this a good work out for him? WHAT SUPPLEMENTS WORK BEST FOR A NEUTORED DOG?

Alot of the members work threw the day, later on in the day there does tend to be more members on than it is now...I'm pretty sure different people would be happy to give you great info, paience is the key...

So what if he's neutered? You did the right thing! He won't get fat, he won't pee on the corner's of your couches, we hope he won't hump your guests' legs (but you really can't rule that out:p ), and his personality won't change. He's just an 8 mo. old pup. these dogs don't mature until they're 2 years old, so let him be. There is no sense in using supplements at that age & be careful about how hard you work him. I've seen too many broken down 3 yr old dogs & it's a shame. Long walks, [short] swims, tug-of-war, fetch, & maybe pulling some small weights are the best things to do. He'll be grown soon enough, don't ask him to grow up too quick......cause then you'll miss him being a pup (I miss mine being pups :( ). Good luck with him & remember next time that if you want an already muscled up dog, get an adult instead of a pup. Have fun!
