Sorry for the off topic post but aol has pissed me off for the last time. Last month I swiched to verison dsl with msn features. Man I've been a member with aol for about 4 years and after dealing with all their crap I desided to cut it loose. How bout these fools are still charging me? When I told them to cancel. Now I gotta wait until next month, *and pay one more payment* to get rid of aol all together...

Man aol is full of it, they taking my money the crooks....

Did you get a confirmation when you cancelled? I would bitch about it and get my $ back, customers always right!

I agree, but every business is built on CSI, if the customers are unhappy...no business. Besides we have to stand up for ourselves as consumers, why pay for something you didn't use?

Same thing happened to me. Took over a year for them to cancel it...

America period (corporate and otherwise) has too much of a "now" mentallity...instant gratification...businesses aren't thinking of the long-term picture...this is why the customer doesn't matter anymore...and yea - AOL does suck - I got rid of them at least 4 years ago. :D
