Hello. I'm needing honest opinions on a pedigree and a couple other questions please. It's not on online peds so I've taken the time to type up the entire 7 generation pedigree on a page and uploaded it to my webspace. Here's the link:
http://www.freewebs.com/no1specialsapbts/doginquestion.htm

My friend swears that game dogs are the ONLY way to go. I've compaired the bitch that goes with that pedigree to the ADBA standard and there isn't a whole lot wrong with her. She DOES have faults but they seem minor. But she's got a lot of go as well. Should that matter over pedigree or no?

What I'm wanting is looks and drive. I'm interested in both weight pulling and conformation (ADBA of course ;)).

This is the pedigree of my male http://www.freewebs.com/no1specialsapbts/blazespedigree.html
He's 32 pounds, is nice looking and has a LOT of drive.

The bitch that first ped belongs to is 50 pounds, is very nice looking and has a lot of drive as well. Would crossing those be a bad thing if they both have what I'm wanting.

Thanks so much in advance!!

As long as the dogs have the traits you desire, thats what matters. Pedigrees come second, bulldogs come first...a pretty papered dog can still be a junk dog...a scatterbred out the ying yang dog can be a first class dog...just make sure both dogs are what you want and look for in a dog...

Thanks BB. I just wanted to ask y'all cause I wanted more opinions than just my one friends opinion. Everyone seems to make huge deals out of the pedigree's of the dogs.
