bdub, try researching alittle about breeding and raising pups on the internet. There's alot to learn and you have plenty of time to learn. Also there's some books that are great about pitbulls, try a pet supermarket if you can't buy em online. Once you learn all you can and if you have pups in the future, you'll save alot of money by buying some of your own supplies to raise the pups. For example, you'll need deworming medicine, and you can buy the same stuff the vet uses online for 10 times cheaper. Also vaccinations can be bought very cheap, and you can have someone that knows what they are doing administer the shots. Make sure you don't breed the female to early like alot of people do, wait till she's done growing, say on the 3rd or 4th heat. If you buy a young female pup now you'll have alot of time to learn and prepare until then.
yeh,,im getting a female but she's spayed, saw her on the animal shelters website
Ill Do That,,any Suggestions On Books?

Man I really really hope you're not going to try to breed your dog to this spayed female. And no you can't force them either. The reason why I say this is because, I've known someone who was stupid enough to try this.(as if it was going to magically happen) The damn dog was fixed and he still tried to force the other dog on it. LOL funny huh(not really) but that just goes to show you how stupid some people are.

Bdub...crossposted some information you might have overlooked. As stated previously, research IS key prior to deciding IF & when you should breed. Tons of information available, just take your time. As recommended, EF's book is an excellent source of hands-on information, not just specific to breeding.
