what is the deal with banking points. i banked two hundred and some points. then it asked me i wanted to withdraw and now the points are gone. just wondering.

Are you sure you clicked on deposit instead of withdraw? If so, I'm not sure what happened, there hasn't been many problems with it lately that I'm aware of.
