Would anyone be able to give me details on how to use creatine properly in my conditioning program because I do not want to run the risk of harming my dog due to lack of knowledge. The same applies to protein supplements.
all opinions appreciated
thankyou

Protein and creatine will not harm your dog because its all healthy and natural supplements. Dosage depends on how big your dog is and how hard you work them. for ex. 45lbs dog worked 1 hour gets half a scoop of protein and creatine. worked 2hrs 1 scoop and so on.

Use Vertex And Powerchow 2 They Have Everything You Need Already In Them And Are Designed For The Working Dog... I've Used Red Cell And Human Grade Creatine In The Past But Saw Better Results With The Vertex And Powerchow.

Hey if you give this type of information could you please give details. I'm interested in this myself. What do you mean by half a scoop. I have protein and I have pure creatine. There is no scoop with creatine. Someone might give to much creatine and ruin their dog. I know someone who did because he didn't get the amount in numbers. He gave scoops and almost killed his damn dog.

Another good product..........Muscle-Up Powder. Called the natural steroid, gamma oryzanol, creatine, DMG, Vitamin E and other essential nutrients. 1 tsp daily mixed with normal food. Best results when fed with a high protein diet. www.animedproducts.com (http://www.animedproducts.com)
