3 mth Old Pup, Aggression Towards Others..

hello all, i was wondering why my pup shows aggression towards others when they try to pet him, he barks or seems to panic why is that ?and is their any way i can show him not to be afraid or to stop barking at others , anyway to change that? Thanks If You can help.

You really need to get that pup some professional help
Is this the same pup that you already asked about growling at you??

Seriously. That pup sounds like a problem waiting to happen and needs someone who can evaluate and see how the pup acts and then offer you the correct behavior modifcations or odeience training. You really need a professional on this one

Talk with your vet and see if he/ she can recommend an Animal Behavorist.. (note, not an obedience instructor unless the obedience instructor is also a wualified behavorist)

Its not good to have a pup that growls or is aggressive towards people. That could be a very bad sign.

I agree with rocksteady wholeheartedly. You & the pup need to get some professional (I mean research into this person) help. Just prepare yourself if things don't work out as planned. A dog that growls now WILL bite later.
