I've noticed a few of us have a few jokes, odd pictures, or other things of interest not necessarily connected with the dogs so I thought maybe a section could be added somewhere on the board.

I know there are many folks that don't care about this type of stuff and it would be an easier way of keep the off topic stuff seperate so those that do like the odd can go there..lol

Soo.. anyone else think it would be an idea to have an Off topic area for jokes, pictures, or other interesting topics?? This way those that just want to read the dog related stuff will not have to wade through anything else..

I thought it would be a good idea - I think it was suggested and was said that things like that belong in general... I still think it's a good idea though.

I also think it would be fun to have a section in the gallery for silly pictures of the "mutts" or pictures with kids - something along those lines...

PS - I can't believe you have that parrot/lizard/dog thing as your avatar! LMAO - ;)

I realized that some people don't even read the joke threads, and only read the stuff concerning the dogs so I thought I'd see what everyone thought..lol

I personally think an "off-topic" section would be great.
Maybe I have a different sense of humor, but most of the jokes just don't seem that funny to me or I have already heard them.
Rather than be rude to the original poster I generally do not reply to those threads at all.
Maybe it will be added later.

Sometimes, a joke is needed. Smile and the whole world smiles with you! The best thing about this board is - if you don't like it, you don't have to respond and if your not interested you don't have to click on it and read it. Even the really retarted ones make us grin a little ;)
