I have a 6 1/2 week old pup and I was just wondering if it is common for these pups to knawl and bite on everything? He is always biting at me, my legs, hands, and he'll back up and growl/bark a little at my dresser and then try and bite it. Is this something they'll grow out of or is there something i need to do? He'll also knawl on his leg/foot as well...is this stuff normal?

very very normal

get his some proper chew toys like nylabones, kongs, rope toys..

When he chews on somethign he's not supposed to, give him a toy you want him to chew on It takes time and patience and he wont change over night.

he's playing.. teething all at once 6 1/2 weeks is still pretty young for a pup and he miised some curtial time with his littermates to learn. When he bites you, you need to let him know that not ok. No physical force mind you, sometimes pulling away turning your back and whimpering works or a firm no bite to let him know you mean business

Now the gnawing at his foot /leg isnt normal. It could be a sign of an allegy, fleas, dry skin ,hot spots..make sure theres nothing medially wrong there first
