Pit Bull Gallery in working condition

Sorry about the gallery not working since we moved the server over. I didn't realize it because I've not uploaded any images to it lately, but thanks to those who reported it. The problem was that the attributes of the folders that contain the files that are uploaded to the gallery weren't transfered over to the new server when I moved it over. I have manually changed each of them to work like they are supposed to work.

Let me know if there are any more problems found. :)
