puppy aggression

I have a 2 year old pit,she's as calm as can be, she has a boxer playmate the same age,she also is around an old cocker span. she shows no agrression to these dogs,BUT...I have recently purchased a pit puppy "male".He is 11 weeks now and gets along fine with the other dogs,and wants the love of my 2 year old pit badly...She bites him every chance she gets! She knows she done wrong when she does it cause she cowers, looks at me,puts her tail between her legs and tries to lick me???? She wont stop. she's been doing this since we got the puppy. Why does she get along with the other dogs and not the pup?

Female APBTs are generally the leaders of the pack
the pup has to establish his roll in the pack..thats why she does what she's doing. That and they are pit bulls...
You have established yourself as the leader. she is the next in line.
Dogs are like people, too. they aint going to get along with every dog they meet.
Dogs also dont judge right /wrong like we do. She cowers because she is expecting you to be angry and punish her..not because she thinks what she did was wrong
