cant get into chat

I cant get into chat says.... UNABLE TO CONNECT ..NULL ?? any ideas WHY ??

There is a gray pop up window that comes to the top left corner when you come to the chat room, you must click yes in the box and you should be there.;)

i dont geet no box...i get a java box that says alot of stuff and i click ok and the chat comes up and says the error NULL
