picking a puppy

i am going to pick another puppy aoon and want to know what to look for i want a more agressive dog not mean but more confident my first dog i love however at that time i was new to the breed and didnt kow what to look for so this time what things are evident in a more confident puppy and more sure of him or herself

Watch the litter. Look for a pup that will explore on its own, doesn't shy at sudden noises, and holds himself in a confident way..lol Its really hard to explain but he/she should catch your attention and hold it..lol
