Well I've finally paid for my dog from Tatonka Kennels. I am getting a tan point off of Maximus and Amerika. I am expecting to pick him up on January 12th. If anyone is interested in Sorrells I would go with Tatonka Kennels. They are very kind, informative, and really know alot about the breed and what makes a good gamedog. The owner of the kennel is actually Bert Sorrells ex-wife and the bloodlines between the two kennels are almost identical. All dogs are also DNA profiled.

He is doing great. I just got back from the vets. He caught a parasite but with some medicine he'll be fine. Thanks.

Hey Guys! I was doing some research on Sorrell's dogs and came across this thread. Seems to be some well bred dogs down there at Tatonka kennels. Joanie seems to be extremely knowledgeable and is a straight shooter. Hopefully it all works out for me. Any of you all have sorrell's dogs that would like to share some insight. I"ve read most of it, but, anyone new/old have input?

Not trying to hi-jack tommy's thread, but, it's awfully old:) lol

LOL

I believe Buck was 8 weeks old in that pic. He is now about 45 lbs and sprawled out on the couch next to me.

They are great dogs but they can be extremely active. Buck is hyper as hell and he can get become a handful if not properly exercised.

Here's a nice Boogieman/Sorrels cross bitch I have AP. She is one jacked up bitch for her age. That pic of her is old on the ped. She is getting close to a year old.

I'd say be prepared for a high energy dog if you get a dog from there. :)

I doubt you will be disappointed also. ;)

I remember Buck from one of the first Ga apbt fun shows in Statesboro I think. He cried like a baby when you got out of his sight. He is a very nice dog!

NICE! I did not know GINGER was boogie/sorrells cross. I've seen her older pics in some threads, she's nice.

I'm calling Joanie again in the next couple days to see what's going on.

Thanks all!
