sure they're back there a bit, but they're in there. if you're looking that far back though, so is zebo. good luck w/ her.

JMO don't look at the ped so much. look at the dog & the dogs that made the gyp. Then get to know the man behind the dog. If you know them already use your best judgement. get the best dog you can. in my experience the best dogs are free.

very true bb. it's nice to know where your dog's come from, but it's better to know what you're looking forward to.

I have only dealt with the dogs that my family bred for the last 20+ years... Every now and then a dog from another yard is bought in but when I look at how my dogs are bred I consider them to be my families blood...even though I'm pretty knowladgeable on the history of this breed I don't know much about reading a ped...
S there a thread on how to read a ped... I know that when I look at the records we have on our dogs I don't even look past the third gen. I do kno that they come from good dogs... Most of the dogs that get bred are 4+ years old...

take a look at the pedstats link at the top of the pedigree page, jeep/eli/rascal are nowhere in the percentages, even tab is a ways down there, so i wouldnt really call her that, you wanna get more info on the dogs with the higher percentages, if they're good dogs, hopefully you'll get the same.

If you are thinking about it then thats the only opinion that should matter. You have to feed it. Get what you want not what someone else says you should get

Think about it you are talking about dogs from the 70s that aint going to be Close. well some people have it "Close" I have seen some peds posted up on here that I know for a fact can not be I seen the dogs that were in them and they are LONG gone it makes me chuckle when I see some one post a ped up and I seen the dog in the 3rd culled 25 years ago.
