A buddy of mine has a little black Vader bitch though, she's got stubby little legs...looks like a sausage dog she's cute.

A friend of mine has a grandson to Vader. He is 17 lbs at 4 months and cute as a button. I was playing with him last weekend. Great looking little dog.

When you get from a kennel IDT thay will give you there best stuff if you get a older dog thats a different story. That ironic that I clicked that link, The guy who bred that 1st dog Makua bred my Black Momba Bitch. I met Makua's dam but the stock I got my bitch out of was his only game stock. Wish I could get a hold of ole JT.

Ed...well...how should I start? Great friend of mine. Was spending money with him pre and post C L's departure. Can admit there was a difference in the dogs inbetween those times. The thing about Ed was, if you know him, he always felt the need to entertain, while using the power of persuasion to make a sell (kinda bit him in the ass so to speak). It's not that Ed didn't have or breed good dogs, it's just you had to know what you wanted. I've been many of times and saw people on the mountain buying expensive pets and were proud of it. Conformation as well. That was his market. He evaluated pedigrees, and thought long hard nights about such breedings, and done em'. You just had to know which breedings would fit your operation so to speak. I tended to get more of the WILLIE, JOE BOB, LUCIFER, or more recent VOODOO, BUCK FIFTY stuff. Really good dogs there. The culling at WSK was the problem. Ed would keep a 6 week old bitch, and already have plans to breed her this way, or that. We all know, that's a no-no. You only breed whats worth being bred. Ed loved dogs, but loved money just as much, and should have never sold Willie. Probably the best producing dog since your LUCIFER'S or in ed's opion Bandit, Renegade. The jeep was a sure cross to his family of Nigerino, and Willie knew how to make em'. Like any kennel, you get your good and your bad, but I truely believe, if your sort process is up-kept, any kennels chances are better. Own a male off of Voodoo who I am very proud of, full brother to Moco, and a daughter off of Vader he basically threw me. She to is a nice acting bulldog, young yet, but I think she'll make it. With this particular breeding, Ed went outside of the yard, and we all know he does that once in a blue moon. The skull is what I liked about this breeding. I won't ramble, but if you know what you want, research it, and the family, then shoot. No matter where you get it from. Opinions are nice, but I like em' better when they are from people who have seen a good bit of a particular family, rather just a handful and based a decision or opinion off of that. I owned the last daughter off of Bruce's Honey, and had G-shaker, full sis to Vader. And tons more before that from the Miss Prance, Huey, Shiva days. Ed had bred that stuff so tight, NIGERINO/OUTLAW, I had better success using it as an out. And that's just MY OPINION. Ya that Jr. skull X little possum breeding was a good one for him. I have seen quite a few of these offspring and they all look pretty decent. I know if any of them turned out like Junior they will be some good bulldogs. I own a couple off of Junior myself all of them act right;)

Vader was a contraversal producer. Lots of folks are quick to say he never threw anything, but I believe those opinions are based upon scrolling peds online. Vader like any other stud produced his goods and bads. The thing about Vader was, people would call from way out in Cali, just to see what he was bred to (as if it mattered) and send deposits on multiple pups. Ed developed a market for Vader. Many people purchased the Vader dogs strictly for confirmation or just good looking pets. Thus never giving the off spring a chance to compete in weight pulls or hog hunting. My female off of Vader is well rounded enough to compete in any weight pull/confirmation/obedience/ hog hunt..... and so on.
