Glowing username

I used my points yesterday to purchase a glowing username but it didn't work. It's in my history and took the points but I'm not glowing. LOL can someone help me?

The color you typed must have been invalid, there's not a whole lot you can choose from with words. These should work: aqua, black, blue, fuchsia, gray, green, lime, maroon, navy, olive, purple, red, teal, silver, white, and yellow

I give you enough points to change the green glow, I give you, to something else :)

Ok -- I had put in red but would like it to be silver since I see that it is an option. When I tried to go change it - I do not have enough points is what it is now telling me. Do I have to deposit all the points and then try it? (it says I have them in my pocket?)
