Has anybody seen this cross and if so how did it come out?

I haven't done a pure Skull/Bolio cross, but we've done Maverick/Bolio, some with Skull and other strains as well and we like it a lot!

I'm not a big fan off the Skull dogs but I think when you put the Bolio blood you have a chance to put good ones.

never seen that cross before MAC11. I know this is off topic but me personally like the bolio/redboy/jocko high %.

it is essentially eli/bolio which has been successful, you would probably get similar results.
