I came across this dog in a random search. Anyone know if he's a quality bulldog?

this is how grunt was bred.

his sire was poland's jumparound bred to a redboy snooty female named adcox's minnie.
poalnds jumparound was off edwards stony.

not sure if the guy has any pups or anything in va. i know the guy that had grunt personally.

I think his last owner was southern bulldogs and they have a few nice dogs off of him.

Here is the way I see those type of situations. If you like his dogs or the line of dogs he has buy them and if you dont trust the man because he might be a cop dont say or do anything illegal with him. Its perfectly legal to buy dogs and he has spent truck loads of cash buying the best of the lines he likes. So if you have the same taste in blood lines buy a pup or dog and keep it professional.

I havent talked to him in a while but last I heard no hotdog was sold and might be RIP if Im not mistaken. Mr.long seemed to be focusing on his virgil blood last time I talked to him. He has some nice ones.

I have a daughter off this dog and she's great. The breeder I got her from openly told me he was an ex cop (K9 I think), and I don't see that as a problem. I asked for a female that would be 50-60 lbs, to live with my family as a protector, and maybe hunt (boar), and show (ADBA conf). He told me Grunt was a very good protection dog who ran over 65lbs conditioned. If anyone else has stuff off Grunt I'd like to hear about it.

I have heard the same about grunt. The two people that spoke of him mentioned that it surprised them that he was protective, but that his behavior seemed to be controlled and not just stupid aggressive. Both of these people have pups off of Grunt.I interact with said pups very often, and I can see a hint of protective behavior. They seem to get attached to certain people and become protective of them.

Good to know. Never met any Grunt dogs.
