That's close, but all my orders have arrived in 2-3 days time from the time of purchase. Even ordering 30+ collars at a time, never any issues with slow shipping. Usually, they arrive before I receive my email letting me know they are good to go. Really quick ;)

I've found the quickest way to get ahold of him, is call him. Let him know, your order is finalized in email, so it doesn't have to sit in the inbox for days.

hahah I decided to get a nice leather one today from the co-op I as very surprised its jsut for my 5 mon ole pup and it was SUPER sturdy. but I am also buying another collar for my 3 yr old at the show.
