From his website... We have had all our dogs killed by Animal Control and so are out of business. If you still have large kennels, beware. You don't have to break the law to lose all your animals!Don't beleive what you read in the news about others that have had their dogs seized either. The media spreads lies to make those who have suffered seizure look like bad people with filthy kennels and sick animals. This is usually a complete fabrication to justify the killing of innocent pets. There was a court order in place to keep the animals alive and healthy pending the ourcome of the case. Diane Jessup and Bad Rap swooped in take thier pick of our dogs without permission and then proceeded to trash us online in their sites. We had no bred females and lots of spayed and nuetered dogs awaiting pick up to new homes. They are calling us millers, peddlers, and dog fighters to further their own ends and their greedy desire for our dogs, free of course. In some cases they even got paid to take the dogs. We advertise in the same magazine as they do and our ads are no different from anyone elses, nor are the people who get our dogs. All our pups, as we didn't sell adult animals, were sold with contracts prohibiting illegal use. We shouldn't even need such contracts, but the persecution of this breed has mandated the use of them. If you have good bred dogs, then watch out, the dog grabbers and their pals are looking for you. Bad Rap and Jessup are dog grabbers masquerading as rescue groups waiting to get your dogs free, or with a financial bonus for taking what is your property, without any conviction of any crime against you. These dog grabbers even got their way paid out here for them and were wined and dined by the HS. A neutral vet examined our dogs and said they were NOT fighting dogs and all had great dispositions and were very adoptable. All dogs were healthy as the day they were seized. We noticed in the final count that they killed 94, one was a puppy, and with the other defendants dogs, it looks like they killed about 20 dogs in all prior to the euthanasia. Puppies were euthanized, two litters of them, 20 in all, as far as we can tell. The figures dont add up, so we know they are lying. They speak out of both sides of their mouths. On the one hand praising the breed, but on the other trying to dictate to the rest of us what kind of life we can have with our dogs. The HSUS greased some political palms here to get us picked out for persecution. I guess they got tired of waiting 25 years for us to break a law, so they just raided us anyway and trumped up some charges. Warning, if they want to get you and your animals, they will, by hook or by crook.

That is crazy, and yet I am not surprised. This is the way our country has been headed for years, and it's just going to get worse if the Citizens don't wake up.

From what I've heard, they combined the figures from several people operating in the same general area to make the bust look bigger. That not all of those dogs were Patrick's dogs.

The main problem is we have no rights. They are called privileges that can be taken away at any time. Go ask a judge and he will tell you.

United States of America..... "home of the free..." Yeah right.... The U.S is being laughed at by everyone... No other country really fear us anymore... So instead our government makes its own people fear it...
We'll soon have cameras on every corner and they will monitor and listen to every single call we make...
They're doing that already in some places ...

I agree ABK. I believe there is a revolution coming to this country. You can see it all around just wake up and look. This country needs a good revival in the worst way. Our country has a hidden agenda and this animal rights rights thing is just the start. I might get flamed to no end for what I am about to say but here it is anyway: Stay close to God and if you are not get there as fast as possible.:)

Well, I sure do hate reading this. I am at a loss for words, and that is saying allot for me.
As to the overthrow of the government, we have allowed them to get too big. I am afraid we have waited too late. The only chance we'd have would be for the people to ban together, and we are all so self centered that noone will lay their life down for the betterment of the country. I know a few will, but it would take a whole slew of us to eat up the bullets and bombs.
I was thinkin bout this today, our senators and congrASS people have the only job in the world that they dont have to show up to get paid. How many of them actually show up everyday congress is in session? Ever watch cspan? If they aint getting lobbied(= paid extra to vote a certain way) for a vote, they go and do some coke and play golf... Also, they serve one 2 year term, and they have full pension!! All on our backs.
We are on here talking bout how the gov. effects our dogs, and I do not want to diminish how horrible that is, but that is just a drop in the bucket!! Heck, my little girl of 8 said to me the other day.
"Daddy, there are just too many laws. I wish I was a little girl when you was a boy. I'd love to just be able to ride in the back of the truck at a slow speed. Seems like you all had all the fun, we just keep getting more and more laws telling us what we cant do, and they tell us were free."
Tell me she dont have wisdom beyond her years!! And we have some of the dumbest laws there is, and yet that is not enough, they have to go outside of the law and do heroic things like this w/ Mr. P. And if we quit paying taxes, the Feds gangsters will come and strong arm us for our loot!!
But, after saying all of this, we still live in a great country, or the potential to get there again. I once was thrown in a mexican jail(no offence to anyone from there intended), and it was worse than any jail I had ever thought of being in before that. Heck, it was so bad, I didnt leave the country again till after I began living for Jesus and started going on mission trips!!

I agree but I just don't see where it is coming. Too many people have their heads stuck in the sand.
A friend of mine was bringing a couple dogs down. Had them in a dog box in the back of his truck. He stopped at a gas station for gas and 2 people decided they were going to see what he had without asking first. They had opened the sliding windows and nosing around. When they asked him what breed of dogs, he simply responded bulldogs, shut the window and went about his buisness. A few minutes later, the police show up. They called . The sad part is one of the people had a tattoo of a pit bull.

Someone please post the link of DJ calling the Patricks too mentally unstable to care for themselves, let alone dogs, coupled with the statement that extreme inbreeding made the Bolio dogs unable to be adopted, and mentally junk dogs. Although, she picked up a few, and was telling everyone in the world about her new pups?
Kill first, ask questions later, cover your ass with lies thereafter.
Anyone screaming for a guns and bullets revolution, is out of their mind. This revolution will not be won with combat maneuvering and artillery, nor shotguns, nor pistols. This country has a long ways to go (for the worse) before the majority is sickened enough to DO SOMETHING about it.

Still that's a lot of dogs for several people.
I guess the temperament testing didn't go so well -- they were NOT human aggressive, but they were scared out of their minds. Also a lot of them had "deformities"...
I don't think it was right for ACO to take those dogs away with no evidence of dog fighting, but on the other hand, it sounds like those dogs were not in the best of conditions.

First of all, it's none of our business to judge how many dogs a person can take care of in a day. I've known dogmen/women to take care of 100+ themselves, with no problems if they are retired and devoted. I've also met countless people in my lifetime, who couldn't properly take care of ONE dog. You must know the people involved, before you can make an ASSumption on how many dogs they can handle. I cannot speak for the other defendants' dogs, but Patricks' dogs were always in good health.
Of all the people buying dogs from them, I've never heard one complaint of someone wanting to give the dog back because it's "scared out of it's mind". In fact, the pure Patricks' dogs we've fed, and I've known throughout the years, has all been very friendly, outgoing specimens. Very calm, affectionate animals. Known quite a few that were housedogs.
This is going back to dogs off La Bamba, to today. Defects and deformities? Nope.
If there were no signs of dog-fighting, why the accusations of such a major "pitbull ring" busted? If we are going to discuss numbers of dogs kept in unsanitary conditions, you need only look at the majority of puppy mills, pet shops, and *gasp* the local HS!

Rock,
I wasnt calling for bullets and artillary, I was saying that if the people of the usa were TO rise up, our government would slaughter the majority with the weapons they have. Look at the few who were just banding together and you'll see what I am saying.
And I agree, it will get allot worse here, sorry to say, before we are willing to band together to the degree it would take. Heck, just look at the dog community and you'll see division even there.
If you want to see the article, go to the Lawdogs website that jessup has. She has a horrible article there, with photos of PP, they look like mug shots. She said his dogs were skiddish, but that the other dogs confiscated had collars grown into their necks.
Of course, only the nieve will believe something just because it is posted on the net. Also, she was praising the hs.

i see a major change in the near future. in my own searching for a well bred female pup ive been told numerous times "I no longer own the breed". i hope that it is someone refusing to talk to a total stranger from iowa, and not that the breeder is in fact getting out due to fear of legal troubles. i can continue to buy from breeders i ve met in the past, but that does narrow down the possible bloodlines a guy has to work with.what a strange country we live in...pedophiles and murderers running the streets, and very few seem to care.
