Well, its kind of tough to give you an answer. How is you female bred\off what dogs? What male on T.G's yard? Why T.G's yard? What are your motives for doing this breeding? These questions are some that i would be asking myself.

IF TG thinks it's a good cross, then it must not be that bad of an idea.

The dogs in the first 3 generations (or better yet the first 2 generations) are what matters most..If you are satisfied with these dogs than there is no reason the cross shouldnt work,as both lines are heavily influenced by Eli..There are more than a few dogs from this cross that have made names for themselves..

El Negro has some nigerino blood coming from Chinarose side, and also Eli blood off Maverick. From what i've read Bolo crosses well with Eli stuff and you also have Rosco who is Eli dog but from other good strain: T-Bud/zacharia.
