I often read on hear where a guy asks a question about who to bread to or where is a good source of this or that. I thought this sight was one of learning and sharing knowledge. Obviously the knowledge is only to be shared with those who already know it. The only ones who seem to attack people with rough comments are the ones with pictures of the "gamedogs" sitting on the couch in the house next to a cat or another "gamedog." Others sit there and say, "well i'm happy with my dog off that breeding. He's showing good and the dog is retreiving a frisbi. OMG! lets get real. I enjoy this site because of the funny stuff that is shared and I trully do but if you havent figured out by now that this isnt the place to get any info from then oh man. Im simply saying the people that just feel like writing bs should save it and here say should be banned from here too. Everyone has heard something about every single dog in the history of pitbulls. We dont need to hear all the bs. Pick a line go with it and stick with it cause there's gossip about every dog, breeder, bloodline, etc. to be known. Jeep jumped the pit, chinaman never was tested fully game but destroyed every opponent, gr ch blackjack matches are questionable, etc. Lets stop for a second and know one thing: every dog that has achieved a champion or grand champion didnt get it the way you may have seen fit but the bottom line is they got it. I've seen dogs called champions in action that i didnt see fit to breeding but hey its reality. Stop worrying about the next mans line and dog and get yours together. If you whole heartedly do that then you'll find no time to worry about the next guy. This takes dedication and passion and rumors, mess, and gossip arent part of the equation. Just get your stuff together and worry about your dogs and everything else you'll hear about somewhere elsle other than the internet. I tried to be as modest as possible because i got put off last time for speaking the truth so hopefully i'll be able to stick around for this one and again, learn your history and not hear it through the grape vine

If you have to go onto the internet and ask a bunch of anonymous people what you should breed your dog to, and hurry it up because the bitch is already in heat, then you don't need to be breeding.
This site is one about education, but we are NOT here to educate back yard breeders on how to breed dogs, how to peddle dogs, and worst of all, how to destroy the breed so that the rest of us will end up paying the price with our own dogs' lives. Screw that. Breeding dogs isn't something you learn about by reading posts on the internet.
So it's not that we are keeping the information in our own little cliques, but rather we are trying to get these people to back the freakin' train up and educate themselves on the history of these dogs, the current state these dogs are in, and the future of these dogs. Then they must work and prove what they've got. Then they must understand genetics. Then they must spend the appropriate time and energy in just contemplating a breeding. Etc. etc. That is the kind of info that can be learned on here. Not how to let two dogs hump and then what's the best price to sell the puppies for.
