how much chicken or other raw meat to add in food? do you debone it?? bones don't bother my dogs, last night i went to walmart and picked up a big pack of chicken, and some pork neck bones with meat on em, figured i'd chunk a piece or two along with an egg in their food. any of you ever cook it?? is it better to cook it, or raw?? i aint ever really messed with feeding em meat before.

I've been feeding raw during the after noons for about a year now and I haven't had a problem. In my head it's kind of expensive considering that food can go to me and my wife. I normally feed chicken necks, backs, legs, wings, and gizzards. And if we butcher a big cow and there is steaks and bones left over, it goes straight to the dogs.
Bones will be fine but if you have a dog that swallons I recoomend that you crush the bones especially with the big bones anyways. I feed my dogs about a good 2lbs of raw in the afternoon.

never cook it, always feed it raw. however i would look more into feeding a BARF diet before u start just throwing ur dogs some raw food, its ok every once in a while however ur dogs need more nutrients than what is provided from a few pieces of chicken or pork. do ur research first
