you look great, well proportioned. I respect the dedication it takes for your sport. I'm not a bodybuilder but I wrestled my whole life and understand cutting weight and the hell it is, good luck with your show and keep your hands out of the cookie jar until after the show :)

Did you go to the Arnold Classic?WWII -
No I did not go, but my trainer and friend did:

Actually this will be my first time back on stage after 2 years of injuries and one year of putting on some size.
By the way folks, Stacy (my trainer) said that the positive feedback from the Lilbit flyer she handed out at the Arnold was overwhelming, she even got donations to the cause....

WWII did you go?Yep, sure did. Saw the man himself (Arnold). Got some video of Sergio Oliva, Frank Zane, David Henry, and my buddies with the booth girls. I got Chris Cormier "rapping" and Darrem Charles, Branch Warren, and a little bit of Melvin Anthony posing. I didn't see the poster you made though. But I also wasn't looking for Anti-BSL posters at a fitness expo. lol
You do fitness or bodybuilding?

If you got to see any of the PRO fitness routines, Stacy placed 7th. She said she nailed the routine at pre-judging but took a wrong turn on stage at the finals. She has already qualified for the Fitness Olympia. My other girlfriend did the amature figure competition and she worked the MHP booth. She has decided to do the MET with me - so should be fun.
I am hoping to regain my national status at the MET as a bodybuilder. I did fitness back in the day, but after the kids came and my job, BB was much less time consuming and inexpensive. (not to mention my age  ) I sincerely hope I don't get my ass kicked. I am looking at being a light weight, this will be the first time since my VERY FIRST competition. The weight class for women has also changed. Used to be 118 to 130 was middle weight, now it is 125 to 140. I am about 1.5 points out and 127 lbs fully hydrated....eeeeer that means either a small middle or a big light. Don't mind the light weight class as long as there are competitors there. This is the class that always has the fewest where the middles seem to have the most. Ya hate to do all this work and have no one to compete against....but then again you hate to be in a class where ya feel like you are a toothpick...LOL
And Misterdogman, that chick is me...quite a few years since some one called me a chick...Thank you ;)
