The Hemphill line is a OFRN (Old Family Red Nose) line and is not used much anymore. Cedarbrook kennel had some I believe that they liked so you could try looking there perhaps.

As far as ROM, a male reaches ROM status when he has produced 4 Champs, and a bitch becomes ROM when she produced 3 Champs.
